Removable handrail-support bar for pool water exercises

The equipment is made to be able to have a removable handrail when not initially planned in a swimming pool. The removable handrail is lightweight and used for various water exercises (swimming, aquafitness, aquagym) and relaxing well being. The support bar is also intended to suspend equipment of the brand ARCHIMEDE for sport or aquatic rehabilitation like pool seat and muscle bench and further the aquafitness range like the suspended aquabike (pool bike).

The catch bar is 700 mm with a diameter of 42 mm.

The equipment is made of passivated stainless steel and painted in red. (Electropolished stainless steel finish is possible on specific demand).

With a compliant installation it supports 200 kg vertically.

Installed, the bar exceeds the pool edge of 120 mm in horizontal measure and a vertical depth from the edge of the pool of 120 mm. (The horizontal distance can be increased with the advice of our technicians).
The removable handrail is installed with different solutions to either block it at the edge of the pool or fix it while allowing the possibility to fold it away from the pool edge.

Four types of bindings to choose from:

1. Removable handrail on Flat pool edge. (2 hand wheels with washers, 2 stainless steel dowels, resin, pistol, swab to clean the drilled holes).
2. Removable handrail on Curbstone pool edge (2 hand wheels with washers, 2 stainless steel dowels, resin, pistol, swab to clean drilled holes and 2 spacers for curbstone) Need to specify the height of your curbstone in order to provide you with the Suitable spacers.
3. Removable handrail on Flat pool edge (4 hand wheels with washers, 4 stainless steel dowels, resin, pistol, swab to clean drilled holes).
4. Removable handrail on Curbstone pool edge (4 hand wheels with washers, 4 stainless steel dowels, resin, pistol, swab to clean the drilled holes and spacers for curbstone). We specify the height of your curbstone in order to provide you the suitable spacers.

To do exercises to push the bar vertically upward or if you decrease the horizontal distance between your pool edge and the fasteners (recommended at 400 mm) we recommend adding an additional Type 3 mounting kit, as above, and Contact us to optimize the location of the fixings.
