Pool Elliptical Trainer Mano Pro

The aquatic elliptical trainer Mano pro can be used in a water height of 1.30 to 1.60 m.

The set produces an active aerobic mobilization, identical to Nordic walking that solicits 80% of the body's muscles (see diagram below), which increases the consumption of calories.

The resistor functions as a paddle wheel that is operated during pedaling.

The two steerable blades mounted on the linkage allow according to their orientation to split the water or brew it, it's up to you to adjust them to adjust the effort required.

The feet are equipped with 2 pairs of foot soles, to use according to the desired benefits: 
the front soles position the body in physiological equilibrium vertically. 
- the rear soles mobilize the ankle in full dorsal flexion allowing the activation of the venous circulation of the lower body (see diagram below).

On the front legs of the Mano Pro elliptical pool bike, there are 2 wheels to facilitate transport in the water.

At the rear, there is a ring that hooks the aquaelliptic to the lifting mat for easy launching and removal of equipment.

Thanks to the 4 suction cups, stability and protection on all types of floor (PVC liner) are ensured.
